Well, last week we were lucky enough to have Nana and Grandpa K help us with Kayden. Kayden went with them to Edmonton to spend time with Rowan while Terri had an escape of her own! We surely appreciated the time to get our feet on the ground here and figure out life a bit. We will be on our own soon and I feel like with all the help from all the grandparents we are ready and well rested enough for life with a newborn and a toddler!
This post is going to be a bit all over the place as I have a few things I wanted to show you and well, I decided today I was going to share it all!
Here are pictures of Isabelle's room that I never posted. This was Kayden's Nursery so you'll recognize the blue. We painted the green portion blue again and added grass to the bottom of the wall. Luckily there was wall stickers for flowers and butterflies and ta-da! Girlie bedroom! I really love how it turned out.
Isabelle is growing so quickly and is now having a lot more awake time. This means a lot more interaction with us including smiles, copy cat and cooing. I tried to video tape some of the cooing and it didn't upload so I'll try again later. Trying to copy Daddy...
Some of you may remember I was pregnant with two of my close girlfriends this time around. Evan (Carol's son) is three weeks older than Isabelle and Henry (Lisa's son) is three weeks younger. It's amazing how much these babes grow in the first month and it shows quite well here.
